I Overate, Now What
You simply ate a scrumptious meal along with your friend at a favourite dive near your home, and as you get up from the desk, you locate your stomach popping at your pants' seams. Oh my goodness you assert to your self as you discover yourself having overeaten and feeling slightly out of control.
What can you do whilst you overeat?

There is virtually nothing appropriate or motivating that comes from beating yourself up and feeling horrible for one measly meal.
I even have one word that I use again and again that gets me thru my now not-so-in-manipulate meals, and that word is NEXT. Whenever I overeat, I simply say NEXT. I discern I even have a bazillion extra meals to devour in a cozy and natural fashion. Move on through simply pronouncing NEXT and visualize how your subsequent meal will turn out.
