Diet Lemme: those who have tried tells us his testimony. (And that witness!)

1. What made you choose the Lemme diet? And how did you know?

Years ago I heard of Dr. Lemme, but what prompted me to make an appointment he was seeing it for the host to a television episode on Sunday Live. I have always struggled with weight, but that afternoon I was very desperate because obesity seemed a problem from which I would never be released because every diet I had followed had always made me lose weight and then regain inexorably did everything with interest. Seeing on television this man a bit 'weird, contested by all, but brought concrete results, I thought "I have something to lose? It is wrong to talk about diet, that of Dr. Lemme is a philosophy Food. I follow this philosophy since 11 July. It is a path that consists of two phases, the first phase aimed at slimming and the second phase once food education, in order not to gain weight and become more dieticians themselves. My Phase 1 lasted 6 months in which I lost 27 kg, I am now in Phase 2 for about a month, and I'm learning how to eat freely, what I want, what I like without getting fat.

The main advantages that I have taken from this philosophy are:
- the loss of 27 Kg
- being slimmed keeping the skin toned, with no loose skin
- have improved my muscle tone (without exercise)
- being slimmed in points right (mainly hips and belly)
- regularization of pressure (I had high blood pressure, I 115/70) today
- bowel regularization
- regularization of sleep
- blood perfect ( cholesterol total fell from 250 to 189)
- more energy
- a general sense of well-being
- I no longer needed any medication and ... will be a chance but this winter I have not even had a slight cold.

Disadvantages ? Nobody! Of course, at the beginning, I had to change some of my habits, but after the first week, I was already used to my new eating habits.
 
 

3. In the past, you've been following other diets? If yes, what are the main differences that you experienced than the Lemme diet?

I met the first nutritionist to 10 years, and from that moment I followed countless diets. The difference between the Philosophy Food and other diets is that all diets that I followed - from the most traditional to the most strange are real diets of deprivation. That link to slimming for "malnutrition": weight loss is therefore induced by a lesser amount of nutrients, and the body is therefore forced to draw on fat reserves to survive. This "starvation" inevitably leads to a general state of suffering, physical and psychological, which is compensated in part by the weight-loss results, but which is difficult to sustain for a long time. Even when you manage to get through to a diet of this type, it is then impossible to retain their weight. The Food Philosophy is different. Weight loss is not produced by malnutrition, it is not induced by the suffering of our body but is produced the biochemical effect of food. Following the philosophy, Food is eaten in abundance, and above all, you eat tasty and satisfying foods and is therefore psychologically more satisfied. Even during slimming you do not suffer, but you lose weight by eating plenty.

4. Tell us about the menu type of a typical day?

Hard to speak of "type" menu, as with Philosophy Food every day is different, it's not like all the diets that you see around you eat for breakfast a cup of low-fat milk with two toasted bread, salad for lunch and dried beef and vegetable soup dinner (you can not imagine how many times with traditional diets I've eaten so).

More than one type menu can tell you what I ate yesterday:
- Breakfast: a slice of pizza
- lunch: noodles with cream and salmon
- dinner: sole in butter with a side of bean sprouts sautéed

My today's menu instead provides:
- breakfast: ice cream
- lunch: zucchini stuffed with meat
- dinner: beef rolls stuffed with sea bass

Obviously, these dishes are not industrial products, full of preservatives or food additives, but they are meals prepared by me according to the teachings of the doctor, but the pizza I purchased directly at the laboratory of Dr. Lemme.

5. What advice would you give a person who is approaching this type of diet?

Who is going to approach the philosophy Food Lemme, I recommend first to read the new book by Dr. Lemme "The Weight Loss Revolution" where in addition to many explanations, you can also find the menu to try a week of the first phase path. Then, after reading the book, I suggest you carefully follow all instructions of Dr.Lemme, to follow his seminars that are quite enlightening and participate in the Academy of Food Philosophy cooking classes that teach cooking to slim down and to heal with food.

6. How has your life changed since I follow this diet?

Since I follow Philosophy Food, I'm fine both physically and psychologically, but mostly live food as a joy rather than as an enemy.

7. What do you think of Dr. Lemme media exposure?

I think the dry. Lemme is fighting an important battle to make people understand that there are misconceptions in traditional medicine and as the many economic interests of the system will bring the medicine to adopt protocols aimed to have more and more paying patients rather than healthy people. Dr. Lemme, you are exposing a lot and in person. I am grateful for this his show because otherwise probably would not have ever known. The means we use, although they may be unconventional for such an important message, allow it to reach a large number of people, all those people who are "slaves" of the system and that will surely never would buy a food biochemistry Treaty.

8. Given the rather volcanic character of Dr. Lim, have you ever come to have some little argument with him? What it looks like out of the living room of Channel 5?

Although it has a volcanic character, Dr. Lemme is a professional and an honest person. Of course I too once I took a shot of "Beast!" when I confessed to having gained weight as a result of a bad mistake, but I'm offended, indeed, after we had a good laugh, in fact, I stray, and I had had a fair result. I always thought that Dr. Lemme was not only able to use the food biochemistry, but also to stimulate people to love one another. When the first interview he called me "fat guy" and told me I had the thick neck, I could not blame him, but this thing has made me reflect a lot in the following months, making me appreciate the results that I obtained. So I would say that Dr. Lemme, out of the living room of Channel 5 is presented as a great professional, who not only care but educates and instructs his cadets for them to become autonomous in loving and in being in health.
